We are also expanding globally with stores coming up in Dubai, Singapore and US. The culture at Lenskart is anchored in learning and growth. We are a clear leader in the eyewear retail space growing exponentially with each day.

During this time, candidates can choose from the list of our recommended accommodation options to finalize one that’s suitable for them for the remaining duration of the program. Some of our accommodation options come with meal services as well. They can also seek support from the Academy Logistic SPOCS. Candidates will be required to pay for their own accommodation. Candidates can also make their own arrangements alternatively.

All the travel expenses to and fro from Lenskart Academy will be borne by the candidate.

As per latest guidelines from local authorities, people using office and public places needs to be fully vaccinated. Vaccination is also a mandatory requirement for shops located in high-street and malls. Hence, you will have to furnish minimum 1st dose administered, COVID Vaccination certificate, to be able to join Lenskart.

Currently, Lenskart Academy is located only in Gurgaon as this is the central location for all the training programs. Hence, all the new hires are required to travel to Gurgaon from their current location to successfully complete the New Hire Training (NHT) program. New Hire Training program conducted by Lenskart Academy is mandatory to successfully complete the hiring process at Lenskart. Lenskart Academy with its best-in-class infrastructure and industry expert trainers gives you an opportunity to uplift your career on a fast-track mode.

Well-trained employees are the foundation of Lenskart’s success and we give a lot of importance to the training of the employees here. As it is an integral part of the culture at Lenskart, we have set up a centralized Academy at Gurgaon, wherein all our new hire trainees can learn together under one umbrella which helps them develop all the skills that are required for a new hire to work in the store and get productive from day one.

Lenskart provides an immersive learning experience for all new hires at our state-of-the-art Lenskart Academy. All new hires from across the country travel to the Academy to undergo the NHT program and once completed they go back to the regions or are assigned to stores they are hired for. This training program effectively skills the new hires to ensure productivity from day one.

Training Duration:
Optometrists would be 37 days
SAs would be 30 days
SMs would be 33 days
